As a high level international academic communication platform, the International Conference on Social Security has been successfully held for 8 years in China, Japan and South Korea since its inception in 2005. It is one of significant conferences in the Asian and international social welfare/ social security academic communities, which promotes academic communication and exchanges of their experiences between scholars from different countries. On the basis of the previous forums, the Ninth International Conference on Social Security will be held in Zhejiang University in Hangzhou of Zhejiang province from August 24th to 26th, 2013.
